We formed PGV in March 2022, with the aim of investing in innovative businesses that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technology to drive web 2.5 as a critical centerpiece across new global financial, insurance, regulatory, and healthcare ecosystems.

Our team consists of experienced founders and investors who have decades of experience as both venture capitalists and former startup operators. We have a deep understanding of how to build and grow innovative startups from the ground up, and we provide extensive go-to-market expertise in Fintech, Insuretech, Regtech, and Medtech/Healthtech. We also have an extensive network of strategic partners to help our portfolio companies develop game-changing solutions.

To support startups focused on solving enterprise problems with foundational technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, and Data Services. We provide financial capital, technical and segment expertise to accelerate innovation and reduce time to first customer deployment (by upwards of 6+ months),tools and technologies, which dramatically increases the success of our founders and our investors.

PGV incubates founders to create companies. In partnership with these companies, we build assets through JVs, NewCos and HoldCos, to expand into new verticals and geographies.
