With over 20 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in the technology industry, Manmeet is a seasoned operator and investor who has left a lasting impact on the companies he’s worked with. As the former CEO and Founder of Dataguise, he ran the company for over a decade and led it to a successful acquisition in 2020. During his tenure, he raised over $50M in capital, solidifying the company’s position as a major player in the industry.

Manmeet also served as an Advisor at Thompson Street Partners, where he played a key role in guiding the Security Strategy Practice and worked closely with the executive team to analyze potential acquisitions. Prior to that, he held senior strategic-level positions at Oracle, Zeneb Inc., Miri Technologies, and HCL, where he leveraged his experience in software and business development to drive growth and success.

Manmeet’s extensive experience in the technology industry, combined with his leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit have enabled him to scale numerous businesses globally and help them succeed.

Paul Sethi is currently Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trajectory Capital Partners, a multi-stage investment firm focused on disruptive innovation and global digital transformation across sectors; and co-leads Web3 LP fund investments for 3SE Holdings. Most recently, Paul co-founded and led 2048 Ventures, a Pre-Seed technology fund. Paul has been an investor/operator for over 20 years, beginning his career in long/short tech investing, and for over 7 years, was CEO of leading B2B sales intelligence SaaS company (Redbooks), which he sold in 2018 to Northlane Capital Partners platform.

Since 2006, he has been an early-stage investor (angel and full-time) - with early investments into 50+ companies, including breakouts Flexport, Transfix, SeatGeek, Customer.io and Notion. Paul is also a limited partner of numerous funds, including Union Square Ventures, Multicoin Capital, CoinFund, Lattice Capital, 6th Man Ventures, Lowercase Capital, Boldstart Ventures, Red Beard Ventures, Eniac Ventures, Bullpen Capital and Inspired Capital. He received honors degrees from both Columbia and UPenn (Wharton), and is also currently an Expert in Residence at UPenn/Wharton and Columbia Business School, mentor to Techstars and ERA, and an advisor to Open Fortune and Transfix.

Herb is an experienced venture investor and "company builder" with over 17 years of successful investment experience in early stage as well as more mature venture-backed technology companies. He invested out of two separate early stage Funds with over 62 companies in the portfolio across multiple continents. His investment focus areas include: scalable data infrastructures, data privacy/security, cyber risk assessment and insurance, robotics, Web 2.5/3.0 infrastructure, and AI/ML-driven data intelligence and analytics platforms for Healthtech, Foodtech, Insuretech, Fintech and Cybersecurity. Herb has achieved excellent cash-on-cash investment returns with 33 M&A/IPO exits and several Unicorns in his portfolio. Notable deals include Palo Alto Networks (PANW), Teladoc (TDOC), SpaceX, Innovaccer, Medialab.ai, TigerConnect, AsterData, 41st Parameter, Yodle, DataAllegro, Dome9, CrowdAnalytix, Ocarina Networks, Area 1 Security, Simility and Dataguise. He still has 22 active companies in his current portfolio.

Herb has over 15 years of prior technology and business leadership experience both as a serial entrepreneur and an operating business executive - past accomplishments include: CEO & Founder of RouteScience Technologies (acquired by Avaya), VP/GM of Service Provider Network and Applications Software Business at Cisco Systems, and CEO & Founder of NETSYS Technologies (acquired by Cisco Systems).

Rimmo served as Blackrock’s Asia Pacific (including Australia and Japan) iShares/ETF Head from May 2020 – June 2022. Based in Hong Kong, he was responsible for growing iShares ETF market share and driving ETF adoptions among investors in the region. He worked closely with their regional and global iShares network in creating innovative local product offerings and facilitating ETF ecosystem enhancements across the region. Over his tenure, Rimmo oversaw and drove record breaking growth for the regional franchise.

Formerly, he was Citi’s Regional Head of ETF and Index Sales and Business Development, Asia Pacific & Japan. Rimmo has also served as Senior Relationship Manager for the Markets business, focusing on Citi’s strategic partners including alternative asset managers (hedge funds and private equity) and traditional asset managers, across all products. In addition, Rimmo previously held senior positions in Citi’s Prime Finance Group in Hong Kong and San Francisco. Prior to that, he worked for Deutsche Bank’s Equity Structured Products Group, where he was involved in the delivery of solutions for hedge funds, pensions, and endowments. He also served on the Carnegie Mellon/Tepper School Alumni Board Ambassador and received the 2016 Tepper Alumni Service Award.

Separately, Rimmo and his family are strong supporters of USA 7s and 15s Rugby for both the Men and Women’s programs. Rimmo is also a USA Eagle Golden Eagle ambassador.

Mahir Singh has 7 years of marketing, strategy, and alliances experience in Fintech and Medtech startups that have raised over $500M in venture capital funding.

Mahir has joined PGV to support the team with due diligence, deal flow and portfolio/partner management, thereby bridging his enthusiasm for web3 and blockchain with his passion for startups that are building game-changing revolutionary technologies.
